About ME

My name is Sarah, and I have been divorced since January 2017, a season of my life that brought deep challenges but also profound growth. As the sole custody parent of three amazing children, I learned to rely on faith, perseverance, and grace while navigating uncertainty and rebuilding a sense of stability. Those years strengthened my belief that even in our hardest moments, God is still working, shaping, and guiding us forward.

I am an entrepreneur as well as have two graduate degrees and have spent my entire career in healthcare, where compassion, service, and integrity are essential. Since 2012, I have also owned and operated an estate liquidation company, gaining extensive experience in home organization, downsizing, and helping families navigate life transitions. Additionally, I have significant experience providing elderly companion care, offering support, companionship, and practical assistance to help seniors maintain independence and quality of life. Walking alongside others during vulnerable seasons—both professionally and personally—has reinforced my calling to support people with empathy and purpose. My faith has been a quiet but steady foundation, reminding me that healing, growth, and hope are always possible.

Coaching is more than a profession for me; it is a calling rooted in service. I am passionate about helping others find clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose, especially during life’s most difficult transitions. Whether through faith, self-discovery, or practical guidance, I believe every person has God-given potential and the strength to move forward into a life of meaning, peace, and fulfillment.
